Overview

Eugene Labs is a preventative health company focused on empowering Australians to take proactive control of their wellbeing through accessible digital health tools. For this project, I redesigned Eugene’s Preventative Health Landing Page to improve clarity, build trust, and communicate the value of early testing in a way that feels reassuring, human, and motivating.

The aim was to create a compelling, conversion-friendly experience that clearly explains preventative testing, reduces friction, and guides users confidently toward taking action.

Key Contributions

  • Analysed the existing landing page to identify usability issues, trust gaps, and opportunities to strengthen clarity around Eugene’s preventative health model.

  • Conducted competitor benchmarking across digital health, telehealth, and wellness brands to understand effective trust signals, messaging patterns, and user expectations.

  • Redesigned the hero section to deliver a clearer value proposition with improved hierarchy, simplified messaging, and stronger primary actions.

  • Developed an improved narrative flow that breaks complex health concepts into digestible, reassuring steps to help users understand the preventative testing journey.

  • Introduced trust-building elements, including scientific credibility markers, testimonials, and transparent explanations of the testing process.

  • Refined the information architecture, restructing content into logical, scannable sections to reduce cognitive load and improve comprehension.

  • Designed high-fidelity responsive layouts for desktop and mobile using Figma (Design + Make), focusing on readability, design consistency, and emotional reassurance.

  • Delivered a complete, visually polished landing page prototype demonstrating strong product thinking, storytelling, and UI craftsmanship.

  • A modernised visual design that enhances brand credibility, readability, and user confidence.

  • A fully realised high-fidelity prototype ready for user testing and stakeholder review.
