Overview

I led the branding project for ArchMateria — a material discovery platform for architects and designers — overseeing the entire creative process from concept to delivery. The identity reflects the intersection of art, architecture, and innovation.

Key Contributions

  • Created the brand name and developed the complete visual identity system.

  • Designed a minimalist logo inspired by material textures and modular geometry.

  • Defined a sophisticated colour palette, typography, and iconography that convey premium craftsmanship and modern design aesthetics.

Challenges

  • The client needed a brand that balanced artistic expression with professional credibility to appeal to both creative designers and corporate partners. The challenge was to create a modern identity that felt innovative yet timeless across bilingual (English and Chinese) markets.

Outcome

  • Delivered a timeless, architectural brand identity that communicates innovation, precision, and creative elegance. The client was delighted with the result and felt more confident using the new branding to attract partners and expand collaborations.
